When will my credit card be charged?

eBook, Audiobook, Video and Audio Programs, and the All Access Monthly Membership

Your card will be charged at the moment of purchase. If you choose an installment plan, then you’ll only by charged the first installment at the moment of purchase. These programs come with a Risk-Free Trial period, so you’ll have plenty of time to review your purchase and decide if it’s right for you. If you decide NOT to keep it, please contact us to request a full refund within your trial period, and you’ll receive all your money back.

Other Monthly Subscription Programs

These programs include a 30-day Free Trial. This means that your card will not be charged for the first time until 30 days after purchase – so you’ll have plenty of time to decide if it’s right for you. Please note that you may see a small, temporary authorization fee on your card statement from the initial purchase (that authorization will generally disappear within a few days, but can occasionally take up to 10 days).

How do I cancel my purchase and receive a full refund?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel without hassle. Here are the refund policies depending on the type of product you purchased:

  • Refund Policy for eBooks, Audiobooks, Video and Audio Programs: For a full refund, just contact us within your Risk-Free Trial period. We’ll remove your access to the program and refund 100% of any payments you’ve already made – no questions asked.

    If you opted to receive audio CD backup discs with your online program, please contact us to request cancellation within your Risk-Free Trial period, then return the backup discs within 30 days of your purchase. When your return is received, a refund will be processed for both the online program as well as any fees paid by us to initially ship your backup discs. Please note that your refund cannot be processed until we receive the backup discs. See return instructions below.

  • Cancellation Policy for Monthly Subscription Programs (including All Access Monthly Membership): Cancel your subscription at any time by using the subscription cancellation page. If you have other questions or concerns related to your subscription, please contact us at any time.

IMPORTANT CD RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

When returning backup discs, they must be in the condition you received them, and include the original packing slip. We highly recommend that you return the discs using a tracking number. All transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD), and we regret that no adjustment for changes in foreign exchange rates can be made. You are responsible for paying the return postage/shipping for the program. Include your original packing slip with your product. This contains your name and order number so that your refund can be processed quickly.

Obtain a tracking number from the shipper you choose so you can verify your returned shipment. Please send us your tracking number through our contact page.

Am I signing up for any recurring payments?

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

If you’d like to cancel your monthly subscription (including All Access Monthly Membership), please visit the subscription cancellation page. Once you’ve cancelled, all charges for future months will be stopped.

You’re welcome to keep any free bonuses and of course anything you’ve already paid for.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

You’ll be able to easily identify any of your orders with us on your credit card statement. Just look for “Rori Raye” as the name of the vendor/merchant.

Are there any costs when requesting a cancellation or refund?

If you purchased an online program, there are no cancellation costs. When your purchase is canceled, your account will be refunded.

Some of our programs include an option to receive audio CD backup discs. If you opted to receive audio backup disks with your order, you’ll only have to pay the shipping costs involved with sending the backup disks back to us. There are no other costs involved and no surprises. Refunds are processed when the returned product is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email that your cancellation or refund has been processed.

How do I return audio CD backup discs for a full refund?

If you’d like to return backup discs, please contact us to request the cancellation within the 7-day Risk-Free Trial period, then just send them back within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll refund 100% of your money within 3-4 business days of receiving your return.
